A Long Saturday

Dear all,

I had a really long Saturday. Uncle Bernard and Aunty Lorraine got married on Saturday 6th Dec at TA2 and our family was invited to both his church wedding in the morning and wedding dinner.

As Mama was reading Scriptures during the wedding service, Nai Nai was asked to take care of me as Papa was supposed to go to army camp in the morning and he was not sure if he could make it to the service. Thank God Papa did arrive before the wedding began and so I slept in the pram next to Papa during the service. I woke up halfway during the service but Papa kept me quiet with a toy and I was a good boy throughout the service. :)

After the service ended, Mama came to look for me and we hanged around the sanctuary waiting to take a group picture with Uncle Bernard and Aunty Lorraine. Because of me, Papa and Mama were asked to sit at the same row as newly weds and here is a picture that was taken from Uncle Kenneth's Facebook profile. :)




After the buffet lunch, we went home and Papa took a nap while Mama washed up some stuff and prepared to go for the wedding dinner. This is the 2nd time I attend a wedding dinner. We were seated with Uncle Kenneth, Aunty Xiaowen and Aunty Yi Jie. The dinner was held at Da Paolo Bistro Bar at Rochester Park. This is the first time we go to Rochester Park.


Mama thinks the food is yummy but I didn't get to eat anything. It's also a nice place and both Papa and Mama enjoyed the dinner. It ended at around 10pm but it was already considered late for me as I am usually asleep by 9pm. In fact, when Aunty Lorraine's friends were about to sing a song for her, I actually protested!!


Still, Mama thinks I have been a good boy as I was happy enough to be left in the pram most of the time and even Aunty Xiaowen and Aunty Yi Jie thinks I am a good boy as I have been quiet and happy most of the time. I even fell asleep in the pram at around 9pm. I was the last baby to leave the restaurant even though I was the youngest. Mama and Papa really try not to revolve their life around me but let my life revolve around theirs! Haha!! :)
