Fast Asleep

Hi all, ssh... don't disturb me. I am fast asleep. Mama tried to put me to bed after my milk feed but I did not want to sleep though I was tired and so she went to the kitchen to wash my milk bottle and eat her lunch while leaving the TV on. She saw that I had taken my bolster from my bed and planted myself in front of the TV and while she had her lunch, I fell asleep.

This is what she found after she had finished her lunch. If she remembers correctly, this is the first time I actually sleep on my own on the cold hard tiles in the living room.

By the way, since I fell sick for the first time after attending school for 2 weeks, I had been watching a lot of VCD on TV. My current favourite is Good Night Sesame from the Sesame Street Play With Me Series. Mama bought this for me when I was ill then and I had enjoyed it tremendously. Mama used to allow me to watch it when it was on air weekday mornings but I did not take to it but now that I am older, I am enjoying it better. I even laughed at one of the jokes which had Bert frightened by Ernie and fainted. But it's mostly the music and songs that captivate me

Of course, after watching it day and night and sometimes, 3 times a day, for the past couple of weeks, I am getting sick of it and it can't hold my attention for long but I still want Mama to play it for me on the VCD player. Mama and Papa had since bought me another 2 VCDs from Sesame Street but I did not enjoy them as much as this one.

Okie, Mama is going to carry me back to my bed so that I can sleep more comfortably. Bye...
