The Mystery of Oh-ku Max

Sometimes, I will just blurt out a phase out of nowhere, perhaps from some shows I watched or something I heard being spoken. Recently, I blurted out this term "oh-ku-max". I would go "oh-ku-max, oh-ku-max"

My parents could not make head or tail of what I meant. Mama tried to ask me what is oh-ku-max and when she repeat oh-ku-max after me, I will just smile shyly.

Oh-ku-max, oh-ku-max. What does this mean? Mama tried guessing Uncle Max but who is Uncle Max? Or could it be a slogan for Okto tv channel? Mama has never heard nor seen this on TV before.
