Fidgets Again!

Hi all, can you spot me in this ball pit?

It has been more than a year since we last went Fidgets on Christmas Eve 2009. As Mama did not have to work on 5th March, Saturday morning, my parents decided to bring me to Fidgets. We were among the first few to arrive and Papa joined us at the playground too.

Mama is a scaredy cat. She was afraid to even go down this slide. Papa had to egg her on.

Me? I love it and even tried to climb up the incline. See me in action!

Trying the suspension bridge again. Mama just loves it that the structures here are so safe to use.

There is a higher slide at the other corner of the playground. Mama certainly did not go down this one. She was climbing up the structure when she saw something "flew" down the slide and that was me. Whee!!

Mama was concerned that I might be too hyped up that it will be difficult for me to leave this place when it's time to go and so she brought me to this Little Fidgets corner where play is less intense.

There was this time period when Mama left me with Papa for her lunch and according to Papa, I fought with a younger toddler over a toy. I actually banged my head against the toddler's head and he cried.

When Mama came back from lunch, Papa and I were at the big structure. This was me trying to go up the incline of the slide. Shortly after the picture was taken, an accident happened.

I was trying to go up the incline of the slide when a bigger boy came down the slide and went past me. I looked kind of dazed when this happened. Mama asked me to go to her but I still seem to be in a daze and the boy tried to help Mama by dragging my leg. It was then that I let out a cry. Mama thought I might had hurt my fingers as that seemed to be what I indicated.

Mama quickly carried me in her arms and took the opportunity to leave Fidgets. Papa paid for my entrance fees and we went to the area where our shoes were kept. It was there that Mama sat me on her lap and asked me to show her where is the pain. Perhaps the boy who slided down brushed past my fingers or perhaps they were kind of sprained but it was when we were in the car before I could curl my fingers again.

Actually, Mama thinks it's not the fault of the boy as it's me who flouted human traffic rules by going up the incline of the slide.

Though Papa and Mama expected that such play can be dangerous, Papa was not too pleased with me being hurt. Looks like it will be quite a while before we can come to Fidgets again. ;p
