Art Person?

Last month, we went to West Coast Plaza for lunch after church and passed by this stall that allows young children to do art work. After watching a girl do her colouring (Mama found out the girl was just below 3 years old), I told Mama I wanted to do one as well.

Papa paid $5 and Mama chose a design for me. She thought she had chosen a Hello Kitty design with bigger areas for me to fill in the paint, thinking it might be easier for me. See, I am doing my artwork with supervision from Papa. Looks promising, yup?

But the finished piece of work looks like this!!

Here's a closer look. Mama thinks it's Hello Kitty that looks like it was born with a birth mark. ;p

Mama thinks I am really not an art person. If she has the money and needs to decide between a speech and drama class or an art class, she will likely send me to the former as it's probably a waste of money to send me for art classes.

It was only this month that Mama realised that this might not had been Hello Kitty but Dear Daniel, Hello Kitty's male counterpart as the cat wears a pair of pants. ;p

By the way, this piece of art work is now on the wall in the bathroom that is in my parents' bedroom. It turned out that it could actually be used to decorate wall tiles. Nice! :)
